BDB Landesverband Hamburg invites guests from politics, business and science

November 6, 2018: BDB celebratory speech for the 61st Round Table of the Builders

NUCE Consulting GmbH presents the topic Digital Twin with the focus on the digital transformation

In November 1952, members of the Altherrenvereinigungen der Staatsbauschulen Eckerförde, Lübeck and Hamburg met in the Café an der Alster to discuss the founding of the BDB-Landesverband Hamburg. Since then, the members have been meeting for the Round Table to bring this effort further into the future.

The BDB (Bund Deutscher Baumeister, Architekten und Ingenieure eV) is based on the idea of the construction team. This includes on the one hand the cooperative and interdisciplinary cooperation of architects, civil engineers and entrepreneurs in the planning, preparation and execution of construction projects and on the other the interests of the client and consumerism. Ensuring the quality of construction in all areas is a significant part of it.

Today’s and future digital tools promote this basic idea and offer immense potential for increasing efficiency and quality assurance. The BDB is unique because of the broad spectrum of all those involved in construction and the real estate industry, which combines a wide variety of competence.

On this occasion, the BDB-Landesverband Hamburg invites guests from politics, business and science to the 61st Round Table.
