TECH IN CONSTRUCTION is aimed at everyone involved in construction, with the focus on the execution of construction work.

Tech start-ups will present their solutions across the entire value chain of the construction industry. Above all, digital innovations will be shown that bring the construction industry closer to future-oriented processes and technologies. Networking and exchange will create a win-win situation for both sides, which is intended to promote digitalisation in construction.

Solutions that facilitate and streamline the construction process help the construction industry to become more efficient. This segment is therefore home to start-ups that optimize construction processes. Since BIM in particular plays an important role in increasing the degree of efficiency in construction, the BIM experts from NUCE Consulting are among the selected startups at TECH IN CONSTRUCTION.

The construction industry is booming and construction companies can hardly save themselves from orders. For this very reason, there has been little pressure for change in the industry in terms of digitization and productivity. However, an increasing shortage of skilled workers is also increasing the pressure in the construction industry to increase the efficiency of personnel resources through process optimization. NUCE Consulting is exhibiting together with Start Up METABUILD and asks itself the question: How can our joint venture of BIM and artificial intelligence support the processes in the construction industry? The algorithm developed at the TU Berlin makes it possible nowadays to make an analysis by calculating variations billions of times with specific statements on recommendations. The experts from NUCE Consulting locate these technical possibilities in the entire BIM workflow and thus enable a well-founded comparison of variants to support BIM management.
